Five very high standard and spacious barn conversions in the centre of the Cotswolds, two miles from Cirencester and Bibury, one hour from Stratford, Bath and Oxford. Located in the grounds of the owner’s house in a very peaceful and rural area, they are beautifully furnished with antiques and pine, imaginatively converted making the most of the fine roof structures, old beams and exposed stone walls. They are equipped to a very high standard, each with a colour TV,DVD player, fridge, microwave and night storage heating. All other electricity included in the price and all linen and towels are provided. Shops are only 2 miles away and there are two pubs within 2 miles. Shared utilities are a washing machine, tumble dryer, a freezer and a payphone. Facilities include a large patio, barbecues.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome by arrangement at £20, with a maximum per cottage booking. For the interest of other Guests, we request dogs to be kept on a lead whilst on walks and well-behaved owners to tidy and dispose of litter appropriately.
Children are not accepted, as relaxation and peace are the prime requirements for our guests. This is very often almost impossible with children and uncontrolled dogs.

This lovely barn conversion comprises of a first floor open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with a log burning stove (logs provided) and a balcony over-looking the patio. One double bedroom and one twin sleeps 4.

Beautifully furnished accommodation comprises open plan sitting room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom. There are two ground floor bedrooms, one double and one twin and a galleried twin bedroom accommodation allows for 4 & 2 plus a baby and is suitable for the partially disabled.

This cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms one being on the ground floor and two upstairs by way of a separate staircase. Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms sharing the second bathroom.
A large sitting/dining room, ante-room and kitchen, which is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher and all normal requirements. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard and includes antique furniture, full pile carpets and has central heating and a wood burner in the sitting room. The cottage has been very tastefully converted making a great feature of the beautiful old beams and Cotswold stonework. Outside, this cottage has its own patio area and barbecue facilities, which get full advantage of the afternoon and evening sunshine.
