Forest Park's holiday cottages are situated in and around the quiet rural village of Northrepps. All recently refurbished, they are available for private and family use only, making sure there is always a responsible standard of occupancy.
All our holiday cottages are 4-star Tourist Board rated, stylish and thoughfully planned, incorporating a high degree of luxury and comfort. Each cottage is equiped with central heating, electricity, dishwasher, microwave, bath and shower attachment, colour TV with Freeview and recordable DVD, and a music system including CD player. Bedlinen and towels are provided free of charge. There is also the benefit of an enclosed garden suitable for children and dogs.

During your stay you also receive complimentary membership of Forest Park with its tranquil woodland walks, Club House and restaurant, and indoor heated swimming pool. Forest Park’s facilities include a well-stocked shop (with groceries, alcohol, gifts and toys, and seaside equipment), children’s play areas and 24 hour laundry facilities.
Cromer is an historic fishing town, much of which has remained unspoiled. It is dominated by a magnificent church which has the tallest tower in Norfolk. The town offers excellent shopping facilities, a cinema and live variety shows on the famous pier. Local sporting amenities in the area include four golf courses, public tennis courts, a public swimming pool, cricket, bowls, riding stables, sea and freshwater fishing.
Cromer/Overstrand are proud to have retained the Blue Flag award for Britain's cleanest beaches and are also among the first in the country to designate several 'Quiet Lanes' around rural villages. Connecting miles of way-marked historical paths, these village lanes are ideal for walking and cycling to and from the cottages.

The Mallards (Sleeps 4) view availability | book it
Situated in its own grounds on the outskirts of Northrepps village, The Mallards is a former church reading room built of traditional Norfolk flint with interior oak beams. Near to a network of footpaths, the cottage is approximately one mile from the coast and about one mile from Cromer itself.
Newly renovated, the cottage comprises a large sitting/dining room, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a modern equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and microwave) and a bathroom with bath and shower attachment. The cottage also has full central heating.
The garden is fully fenced and secure for dogs and children (there is a large duck pond in the extended garden, so children should be supervised).
Linen, towels, electricity and heating are all included, as is temporary membership of nearby Forest Park caravan site. Forest Park offers a range of features: indoor heated swimming pool, children's play areas, 24 hour laundrette facilities, restaurant and clubhouse (children welcome), and local shop.
Keepers Cottage (Sleeps 6) view availability | book it
Approximately half a mile from the coast and about one mile from Cormer itself, Keeper's Cottage is situated on the edge of the Forest Park caravan site. Although completely modernised, this former estate gamekeeper's cottage still retains its character and rustic charm.
All on one level, the cottage comprises a large kitchen with dining area, sitting room, three double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a private enclosed garden with a sunny aspect, ideal for children to play safely and adults to relax outdoors.
